heading - Mission Streams THE VISION Silver Streams of Perfumed Waters Min. Int. is a non-denominational non-profit ministry of preaching the good news of Jesus Christ. Jesus said, in fulfilment of Isa. 61, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has
anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to proclaim
release to the captives, and recovery of site to the blind, to set free
those who are downtrodden, to proclaim the favourable year of the Lord.”
We are conducted with the conviction that the work of
an Evangelist is The goal is to evangelise by utilising the whole church. The vision: Taking Nations for Jesus and equipping them for service. The vision entails:
Reaching out to the Mission fields, planting churches and teach them what Jesus taught, distributing teaching materials and helping them to become self-reliant and generate money for themselves. One thing I have learned is that you can only reach a nation by teaching and equipping their leaders. One of the biggest needs is to be taught sound biblical truths so that they can teach the nation. Helping nations to establish centres were people can be healed, taught and rehabilitated. Reaching out to all nations with healing crusades and seminars about healing. I am so concerned about our children because they are the ones that suffer most and therefore we should minister to them and care for them. I have found out that in every grownup there is a little child that is hurting and crying out and that is the focus of my heart to get that little child healed. In 1993 this question came into my heart: “What is the most important thing that one person can give another. I really could not answer that question until one day while I listened to the Radio a businessman said this: To give somebody a fish is to let him die but to teach him to fish you will give him live. “The most important thing in this world that you can give somebody else beside Jesus Christ is his self worth and you can only do this by giving something of yourself.” Making people beggars cannot heal them but helping them to help themselves as much as possible is part of the healing of a person. |
